Community.Travel offers multi-day tours booking engine and API that allows worldwide outgoing Tour Operators to book thousands of itineraries from the most accredited local experts around the globe.
Community.Travel is a unique platform, an exclusively B2B Marketplace that facilitates the distribution of incoming services between professional operators, allowing Tour Operators to book multi-destination and multi-supplier itineraries with direct payment to the service providers involved.
The local Providers feed the platform with their circuits, their private and guaranteed departures, and eventually other travel packages they offer, such as city breaks, self-drive tours, holiday packages, etc. Registered Buyers send a request via Community.Travel to the Providers they wish to cooperate with. The Provider decides whether to enable the connection with each Buyer who has requested it. Once connected with a Provider, the Buyer can book DMC services with instant confirmation using the Community.Travel engines or API.
All useful information to sell the tours (directly on the website of the Tour Operator) is available for all Providers, including those who normally do not provide content, images or translations. A specific product can be made available only to a specific Buyer, allowing any cooperation to become digital. Once one or more services have been confirmed in Community.Travel or in the reservation platform of the Buyer, confirmations are sent via email and via API to all involved parties. Payments are made by the Buyer directly to the Provider and all post-booking operating procedures are managed between the two parties. Payment conditions are indicated by the Provider in every confirmation, and online payment by credit card is accessible if the Provider allows it. At any time, Buyers can also send inquiries for Individuals (FIT), Groups and MICE thanks to a special tool that allows them to keep track of and manage their requests to all DMCs.
