Global B2B Distribution

Community.Travel is not a tour operator and does not directly sell travel services.

It operates as a pure B2B Marketplace and API switch, connecting global "Buyers" (Tour Operators, Wholesalers, and Travel Agencies Networks) with the world’s premier "Providers" (DMCs and Tour Organizers). As an exclusive, invitation-only ecosystem, it digitizes the professional travel supply chain, granting resellers direct access to inventory and innovative content management tools.

Through our advanced booking engine and robust API, B2B operators can book thousands of multi-destination and multi-supplier itineraries, while financial transactions are managed directly between the parties involved. 

 

 

How it works

Our platform simplifies every phase of B2B collaboration, from product selection to payment. The process is transparent and gives its key players full control.

Providers upload Products
Providers (DMCs and Tour Organizers) connect their API or upload their complete offer to the platform: "Seat-in-Coach" tours, private and guaranteed departures, holiday packages, city breaks, and self-drive tours.

Buyers and Providers get connected
Registered Buyers request to connect with the Providers they wish to collaborate with. Each Provider has full control and decides which Buyers to enable for selling their products. It is also possible to make a product visible only to a specific Buyer, to digitize confidential commercial agreements.


Buyers book with Instant Confirmation
Once enabled, the Buyer can book services using our booking engines or via API. Confirmation is instant, but it is also possible to make an on-request booking in the absence of immediate availability from the Provider.

Content and Payment Management
The platform provides all the information needed for sales (descriptions, photos, translations), also supporting Providers who do not normally supply these materials. Payments are managed directly between the Buyer and Provider, according to the conditions indicated by the latter in each confirmation. Online payment by credit card is also possible if enabled by the Provider.

Tool for FIT, Group, and MICE Requests
Buyers have a dedicated tool to send, manage, and monitor tailor-made requests for individuals (FIT), groups, and MICE to all their connected DMCs, thereby centralizing communication.

 

The Role of Adalte: Marketplace Moderator

Community.Travel was created and is managed by Adalte, which acts as the platform's Moderator to ensure its efficiency, quality, security, and fairness.

Adalte's main responsibilities include:

  •  Training and supporting invited Providers in publishing their tours.

  •  Ensuring the proper functioning and technological maintenance of the portal.

  •  Performing a quality control check on the content (e.g., programs, prices) of Premium providers to ensure a high standard.

  •  Promoting the Marketplace to attract new qualified partners.

  •  Fairly promoting all Providers and their services within the community.

  •  Offering a concierge service and dedicated assistance to all Buyers.

  •  Acting as an impartial facilitator in case of disputes between Buyers and Providers, by making operations reports available.
