Easy Smile Asia is a local operator with a presence in Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos that deals exclusively with the Italian market. We have been operating since 1998 and are currently one of the most experienced and long-lived DMCs among those operating in these destinations on the Italian market.
Our core business is the planning of multi-day road itineraries and we have a rich selection of group departures in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam, as well as daily private departures in all our destinations.
The travel solutions we offer are largely experiential and allow the visitor to come into close contact with the local reality. We like to define our products as the 'do' tours as opposed to the classic 'see but don't touch' tours.
Specialising in the Italian market allows us to concentrate all our efforts and resources on satisfying the peculiar demands and needs of Italians. In other words, our tours are not generic tours available in various languages, but are specifically designed and provided exclusively for Italians.
With the exception of peak season periods, our group tours are small in size. In Thailand, a destination where groups generally tend to be larger, we operate many of our tours with comfortable 18-seater minibuses of our own design and ownership (this upper limit is not always applicable and is not guaranteed).
The quality of the local guides is one of our main prerogatives. In order to have maximum control over the quality of their work, in Cambodia and Thailand we operate with our own staff guides.
